Owner Jeff Ybarra is an ICC (International Code Council) and BPI (Building Professional Institute) certified third-party energy code inspector, residential/commercial building inspector and building/duct pressure testing technician. He formerly worked for the City of Houston for 10 years as a Structural Building Inspector. He also served as a Seabee in the United States Naval Reserves from 1995-2002. He is completing a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management.
